Incorporated in 1883, Sea Cliff is a historic cliffside village perched on a high bluff overlooking Hempstead Harbor and Long Island Sound. Founded in 1871 as a Methodist summer revival camp, Sea Cliff preserves one of the highest concentrations of late Victorian gingerbread cottages in the United States, along with private beaches and art galleries.
